if you come for an opportunity not available at home, then i think europe is great. everything is different; everything is new and old at the same time.

but if you come to europe, and your plans would take you somewhere else... it's really just another place with wet streets and public transit and apartment stairs that creak when you come home.

you can be happy or unhappy anywhere.
